I've been "in progress" for ageeeeeeeees. That little box on the ACS website gets boring to look at after a while.

My status changed to 'with Assessor' yesterday! Got the post no. and currently awaiting for the result letter!
13/02/2009 - ACS submitted with status 'To be allocated'
23/02/2009 - Status changed to 'In progress'
16/04/2009 - Status changed to 'With Assessor'
I am a bit neverous now! I assumed the letter will go to my agent and he should inform me the result.

Hi FelicityG, yes, i have heard from my agent and my ACS result is positive. I wish you all the best for your application.
I used Peter at Ptlabs Consulting as my agent. He is really good.

I have got my ACS letter today with "+tive" Assessment with ASCO Code 2231-79 (Network Security).
My Time line was:
Documents sent: 23rd Feb, 2009
Docs. received at ACS: 25th Feb, 2009
To Be Allocated: Till March 17, 2009
In Process: March 18, 2009
With Assessor with Reg. Post #: April 22, 2009
Got +tive Letter with MODL in Network Security: April 28, 2009.
Now I am planning to apply for Immigration .... Please help which one to choose 175 or state sponsorship.

My husband submitted his app on 14 Feb, had previously had a positive assessment (in 2002, it ran out by the time we decided to move), has worked in Oz since May 2008, had no queries whatsoever from ACS, and yet it was granted yesterday - 27 July.
Every time he rang them, it seems somebody was "off sick".
