What happened in your case? Did case officer consider the first two years of experience?
I am in the same boat :-(

Nope... Its an official rule.. they don't consider your first 2 years of experience flat... because they think its not a skilled experience...

Your options:

1. Score 7 in IELTS (Point 10)
or
2. Apply for State sponsorship (5 point)
or
3. Apply for partner's skill point (5 point)

They are trying to limit PR applications for obvious reason...and if you can't do any of the above... you better move on and stop wasting your money/time... look for another country like Canada or Denmark or New Zealand and so on... look for post in the same websites for more information or directly refer to their individual websites...

I'm curious - why do you think DIBP is trying to limit PR applications and what is the 'obvious reason'?
