I need advice for re-assessment from ACS last year in August my application rejected due to insufficient experience (6 months short). As i assessed for PIM2 Group B require Experience was 6 year...

Right now my Experience As...
1st Experience 10 Months Part Time
As Asst Network Administrator

2nd Experience 3 Years 8 Months Full Time
As Asst Manager IT

3rd Experience 2 years Full Time
As System Administrator
CCNA and CCNP Certified

1. As per New PIM guide line for Group B 5 years experience requires is it right??
2. My 2nd Company get close last year in August, I have reference letter which I got in April and company get close in August, my Question do i need to show statutory declaration with old reference letter?? bcoz ACS require Reference letter in current date that i can’t provide.
3.Which anzsco code will be suitable for me :
263112 Network Administrator
262113 Systems Administrator
263111 Computer Network and Systems Engineer
4. If statutory declaration require then please give some sampl..or suggestion
