ACS appeal timelines

ACS appeal timelines
Hi there, ACS rejected my skills assessment 13 weeks ago and i submitted an appeal right away. It's now been 12 weeks since they received it. I have emailed them twice and have had no response. Can someone advise me on what to do now? I have my own deadlines for my visa application and finding the whole process very unreasonable and very frustrating.

46. How long does an appeal application take?
As a guide, appeal process generally takes approximately 4-6 weeks to complete, however this can take longer at the Deputy Director’s discretion.

Thanks guys. i have been reluctant to call up to now in fear of jeopordising my appeal but at this stage it's getting to become a joke. To add insult to injury the reason for the rejection was that they made mistakes of my initial letter, admitted the mistakes but would not fix the time scales and so i had to appeal...anyway.....ummmmmm...(trying to be calm)
