Just wondering when the ACS still in progress, can i travel to Aus??

yes but it will be ona tourist visa.... you can be there while the immigration visa is in progress too, if your usign an agent let them know your travel plans as the only condition that applies (afaik) is that you need to be out of the country when they issue your residency visa... rules might different depending on your visa type too i guess.....

If you qualify for a temporary visa (for example an ETA), you certainly can visit Australia.
