Hi guys, just wondering if we need to do a form 80 for this 820 visa application.

And anyone any idea if there is a specific list of docs to upload for this visa or do we just go off the "Recommended" list

Sometimes they want Form 80, sometimes they don't. I'd do it anyway just in case!

Cheers Pollyanna, do you know if we can do it directly from the immi account or do we have to print out, fill in, and then scan back in.

We couldn't find any trace of it through our immi account

I think you'll have to fill it in and scan it. Its a fair bit of work but there's no rush, just scan it when its done. Like I say, they may not ask for it, but if they do yu don't want it to be a last minute panic completing it.
And before you ask - don't panic if the dates aren't exact, just tell your OH to do the closest she can
