Hi,
I want to sponsor my brother for his 475 ( Family sponsored) visa application. I am in adelaide for last one year as permanent resident . Me and my wife in employment for last 6 months . Is there any requirement for sponsoring -- like minimun years of living in designate area or employment etc.

As long as you have proof of residency, bank statements, lease etc that show you do live in designated area that should be sufficient. Employment obviously helps as you are agreeing to sponsor your brother and family therefore you need to be financially able to support them if necessary.
