Hi Friends,
Im 21,doing MBA from Sydney.2years fulltime.Specialise in finance
and/or IT next year.worked part-time and full time in
vacations.Planning to try for PR . I want to know what type of problems
or complications i would face for getting PR after my course?

All depends what your circumstances are.
Age, medical history, police checks, skills assessment etc....etc...
Bit of an open question really.
Have you consulted an agent at all?

Either way, you need to visit http://www.immi.gov.au and start looking at the information there. Most MBAs will only get you a 50 point occupation so it's going to be hard to qualify for points tested migration unless you have a relative to sponsor you, or (maybe) you qualify for the SIR visa.
Otherwise you need to find an Australian employer to sponsor you for a temporary or permanent visa.
Lots of research to do - if confused, hire an agent before you get into a visa mess.
