Hi

I asked the same question a while ago and was told you only pay if you go to New South Wales.

NSW and ACT both charge. I saw somewhere that someone said that Tas also charges but confirmed that.

The policy for Qld says free "mainstream education" so not quite sure what would happen if a child needed additional support for some reason and the parents were on a 457.

Such "additional support" might mean refusal of an application for permanent residence.

Hi,
if children need additional support does that mean that it is of normal course of action to refuse residency in this day and age of inclusion

On health grounds? Yes it is.

(although not every health condition will need to refusal).
