Hi
I am totally confused, wot do I need for my visa togo thru? I am being sponsered by QLd health.
I need Med, Police checks, Visa, wot else??

If you are working in a hospital you will need full meds and xrays, if not in a hospital you might be ok with just xrays.
Me and my partner are de facto so had to prove relationship by joint bank account statements, pictures on holiday and joint mortgage account statement.
Also need passports and birth certs for everybody on the visa, a copy of the contract of employment, a CV, i also submitted a reference from previous employer. We didnt need police checks and we didnt bother having documents certified, just colour scanned them in.
I think that was all we submitted, we did forget the passports at first and the case offiicer mailed me to ask for them
