2nd prv
Hi everyone.
I have been granted a GSM visa (bn-136), and have made an initial entry and can only fulfill two years out of five years at the end fo the five year period. will I be able to apply for a 2nd PRV (with living two years in Australia) and fill the remaining two years with the new PRV to get a passport?
Would be thankful for any comments.

If you have the 2 years in 5 then they don't look for substantial ties.

Thank you for your kind reply. My question is once I get the returning PRV (after the 2 years I had on the first one) do I have to wait 4 years or just another two years to be able to apply for Citizenship?

Otherwise it may be 2 years if you got your visa and and validated it before 1 July 2007.
