2nd installment is it when get case officer

Hi,

Can anyone tell me when the 2nd installment is taken ,is it always when a case officer is allocated.

Hi there

Which visa are you applying for? We are applying for a 138. Second installment is only required if you require extra english language tuition,I believe.

Hi,
What great news i really thought you had to pay two fees i have just checked the immi.gov website and it is only if you carn,t speak English.
It has totally shocked me .So happy though.What a great site this is.
