2 years study rule
Hi
I was just wondering if the two years rule means 2 calendar years or study
load worth of 2 years of study.
Does anyone know any good immigration lawyer in Sydney who could help mi
with working out what is the best way to apply for me?
Thank you
Peter

Hi Engin,
Correct again. This has been the subject of some stiff exchanges within
DIMIA which these days accepts the policies of the institution but
previously applied its own tests inconsistently between the skilled
migration and student visa administrations.

We were told the same thing when we asked one of the universities. (They also advised we consult with a migration agent, and not make such a major commitment based on their understanding.)
