I said 2nd VAC request usually comes with Pre-Grant Letter...

I don't know... but there are many people on BE I read that they received with that letter..

Please clearify someone if anyone has gone through that situation / journey.

Look, the decision is yours alone to make. Either you pay the fee or you don't - your choice. If you don't pay you will not be granted a visa. Simple as. I don't honestly know what you are wanting people to tell you, but here is the facts: NOBODY ON BE WORKS AT DIAC. WE CANNOT TELL YOU IF YOUR VISA WILL BE GRANTED ONCE YOU PAY THE 2ND VAC.

Once I will make payment and then later on if my visa would refuse?? so my this 2nd VAC would be waste...?? 'coz I haven't received that request for payment of VAC2 in form of Pre-Grant Letter....


Please help me?? should I make payment?? Is it last stage to grant of VISA..??

Your doubt is natural given good amount of money is involved. Non of us are in position suggest .Why don’t you direct your query to DIAC and get their writing as proof..share that with us.......

If it is payable, a secondary visa application fee must be paid before the visa can be granted.

You keep asking and as far as I can tell the suggestions are all the same. You need to pay it, your application will go no further unless you do.

Now, I am happy today becuase earlier I was afraide as I couldn't arrange to make payment using single credit card due to credit limit problem. But now as they've been agreed on accepting payment by two credit cards, I will send the FORMS as early as possible.

Pay the 2nd VAC ASAP. Its a pre-requisite before receiving ur grant letter.

Today I sent an email to ASPC for making payment of 2nd VAC.

They have accept the payment as I paid it using two different credit cards. They've also send me Tax Invoice on receipt of the payment.

Now waiting for GRANT LETTER..

Please pray for me guys... that I shall be granted for the visa soon...
