I'm struggling to work out my valid work experience for the 190 visa.

​​​​​​Th e questions I am struggling to find an answer for are:

1. Does maternity leave count under the work experience if I was employed at the same company before and after the maternity leave?

2. Does the whole maternity leave count or just the paid portion? I had 9 months on full then reduced pay and then 3 months on no pay.

3. I returned part time after my maternity leave. It is over 20 hours. Does this count or does it have to be pro rata? So 12 months of part time equates to 6 months full time etc.
