176 Visa - Online Sponsor Form HELP!!!

176 Visa - Online Sponsor Form HELP!!!
Hello everybody. When my sponsor tries to fill out their form for us online they get this message:
" The following errors have been encountered:
1. Departmental systems indicate that you are unable to make an application for this sponsorship online. Please contact the Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre at [email protected] "
Any ideas why?? He has Australian and British citizenship - would that make any difference?

I Called ASPC today but couldn't get through. Have also sent an email, but no reply.
Any ideas?

What do you want us to say? None of us here works for ASPC, so are not able to answer you. If you have emailed the address given then they will get back to you in time. The one thing you will need to learn during this process is that NOTHING is instant. Patience is required.
