176 non CSL....Adding wife after applying to DIAC
i am going to apply for GSM SS non CSL 176 in next 2 weeks with DIAC...i am also planning to get married in july 2010...can i add my spouse later on easily as migrating dependent?can some one define the procedure?will it be done through PLE or option will be available on website?how will i pay the fee for spouse?

There isn't a fee for adding a spouse. There may be a fee just before the visa grant if your spouse does not meet the english requirements. This fee is called the second installment or something.

Later you need PCC & IELTS or 2nd VAC to be paid (VAC only of she does not have functional English in IELTS or can't prove other methods indicated in immi site to substantiate functional English). Further she has to undergo medical examination. That’s it....
Further I uploaded all documents & sent attachments in a single mail to adelaide email..
Finally I sent a PLE. All these info will be tagged to your application & once CO is allocated it will be updated.
My CO has accepted all & now status showing as "MET" for my wife.
Further NO fee for above, on top of that there is no expiry in state sponsorship. My WA SS is only valid for 2 years to accept. After acceptance it's validity is lifetime. This is what WA government told me in writing....

or a fee for an IELTS test and definitely a fee for the medical exam. None of which go to the DIAC.
