Hi,

I have applied for the 175 visa, but I also have a state sponsorship from Victoria. I have the following queries;

1. If I convert this to 176 visa what are the disadvantages and advantages?
2. What are the conditions on the 176 visa?
3. Is it a temporary Visa or a permanent one?
4. Can I move anywhere in Australia once my visa is approved or should I live in Victoria for 2 years?
5. Is there any condition that I would have to find a job in the 1st 2-3 years for me to continue living there? Will my visa be cancelled if I don't find a job in my own skill set?
6. If I have to live for 2 years in Victoria, do I have to go thru other procedures to move to other states or would I be automatically eleigible to travel and work anywhere in Australia?
7. Is there any other formality for me to get the welfare schemes in Australia?

Since there are so many new changes to the Aus migration, and since my skills are not in the critical demand list, I feel my application would be processed very slowly and I am very confused whether to take up the state sponsor or wait for the 175 PR visa.
