hola, i may be being stupid here but the wording of the info on 175 payment has me confused,
Obviously paid first in November, but do we have to pay the 2nd before visa grant. We are a family with two very young children. The info on DIAC states that it is for dependants over 18.

From what i understand the 2nd payment is only paid if you have dependents over 18 and/or lower than basic english,

Almost - the 2nd instalment is based on English skills of spouses and adult dependents (if any). It does pay for English tuition in Australia.
