Default 136 PR visa question

Hi all, I hold a 136 and it states I (husband) must arrive in the country before my wife, we have both been to Oz to validate (and again for a second time) and are migrating in April permanently. Does the rule still apply,or have we effectively fulfilled it during validation? I ask because there may be an issue that would necessitate my staying in uk for an extra week or two and we dont want to cancel all the other arrangements weve made. Thanks, chris

You're fine, it only applies on the first entry, ie the validation trip
