ok front loading is where you get ya meds and pccs done and sent before you get allocated a case officer, we had our meds done 2 months after sending our visa application to adelaide, the doc will just put ya passport numbers on the top of the medical forms so they can be matched up with your application, some people wait for acknowledgement first so they have a case file number, we then just waited til we had our ack then forwarded our pccs, so by time case officer picked up our file we were almost desicion ready, it can cut down on the waiting time near the end
hope this helps

Congratulations, please can someone talk me through the process. We are both Registered Nurses and today is day 1 of the whole process. Are there any shortcuts we can atke - what do we need to do, when and in what order - keep it simple.
Thanks

Re: 136 granted
Hi, we're thinking of doing similar with our meds/pccs. App received by DIAC 4 wks ago today so thinking of applying for pccs now and doing medicals next month, should save a little time when CO appointed. One question - how recent do the medicals and pccs have to be? Don't want to sort them out too early only to have to redo. Thanks in advance.
you just have to remember which ever you get first , the date on those will be the date by which you will have to validate your visa, so for us we had our meds done on 31st may so may 31st 2008 is when we need to validate our visas by, you get a year from which ever ones comes first, so take into consideration when you want to move over, or if you are gonna take a holiday to validate cos this date will be important
thanks again everyone for congratsstill smiling almost a week on
