Hi, currently I am trying to prepare materials for ACS. I am a software engineer and worked in United States before. I worked as an independent contractor for a start up. I only have each month invoice, bank statement, and 1099-MISC, 1099-NEC tax report form. I don't receive monthly paystub from the company since I am an individual contractor. So can I just provide bank statements and tax report for ACS? Does anyone have the same situation before?
