Hi everybody

I am Iranian origin, I asked asylum in Belgium in 2001 and in the second
interview they accepted my file like candidate refugee, after two years now,
after 5th interview I got a leave order, in every case, I can't come back to
Iran, because may be my the High Commissioner for Refugees think documents
and my charges are not enough for having the right of asylum, but the regime
of Iran don't think so, and they have enough documents for poisoned me and
hanging me for some political ideas.

What is the question?

Is it possible to ask from Canadian or Australian or other not EU embassy
for demanding of refugee there?

Is it possible to choose them like third safe country, because my origin
country and my second country (Belgium) are not more safe for me, so I heard
something to select the third safe country, is it correct, if yes, how?

I think that most people on this forum are applying for visas before
going to Australia - not much collective expertise in refugee cases.
Sorry about that and ignore the racist remarks - they are not
