A few points:
1) Stop typing in CAPITAL LETTERS! It's equivalent to shouting, and is very rude.
2) When did you apply to DIMIA?
3) You must be confused with the job search visa for NZ. Australia doesn't have a fall-back work visa for applicants who do not meet the passmark.

Hi Pankaj.
First, as Peter said, those who adopt a strict protocol on the internet might interpret the capitalization in your post as equivalent to shouting or making a sharp retort, so maybe best to just use lower case when typing.
Second, if you fall 5 points short of 115, and you are applying for a visa that requires 115 points, I believe you will be held in a pool for 2 years: if the passmark comes down to 110, your application would become active again.
Suggestion: I assume you did not submit IELTS result with your application (otherwise you would already have known you were 5 points short.) Therefore Sherlock here thinks you have just got your IELTS result which shows 5 instead of 6 on one or more of the four IELTS examinable areas. Why not get studying, old pal, and bring your IELTS result up to the 20 point level before you are asked to supply evidence of the points claimable? You can I believe re-take the exam after 1 month (?).
Cheers - Don

One can only re-take the IELTS test after a 90-day waiting period. Which is why it's advisable for applicants who are required to provide proof of English ability to objectively claim their English points with the appropriate IELTS results before submitting the application proper.
