Many many congrats to both! Now comes the wait... apparently they now do more checks before issuing the ITA so the wait may be a little longer.

We waited about a month but that was over Xmas in 2004/5 so things may have changed significantly since then

Congratulations.

How long does it take for the ITA to arrive? Maybe next week, maybe in August...who knows? Many people find the waiting excruciating.

There is now way to know how long it will be before an ITA is received. Each case is different.

Very Many congratulations for being picked from the EOI pool .

congrats.

Like most things is will arrive when NZIS are good and ready :) or so it seems!

Police check is probably worth sending off for as it takes 40 days and is valid for 6mnths? Thats what we ended up waiting for before we could submit the ITA.

good luck with it!

UK £ for a family of 4 (two infants so less medical expenses e.g no x-rays but still think we got a bargain - others have paid a couple of hundred more)

EOI - £149

Application for R - £685

Migrant Levy - £460

Medicals - £600

Police checks - £20

£1914 - $4782 NZ :frown:

No NZQA assessment? That was another NZ$525 altogether for me.

Don't foget the cost of the work visas cos the ITA takes so long you need a work visa to take up the job you have secured in NZ :)
