Visa questions
I am hoping some of you reading this can help
I am about to send off my paperwork for a Paramedic qualification appraisal. If that comes back as a positive I then have to submit an EOI next.
My concern is that my wife is South African with unlimited leave to remain in the UK. I am wondering if this would be a problem when applying for a visa or submitting the EOI? I am told my wife and child would be covered by any work or residency visa I am given. Is this the case?
Added to this what would be the case for health care and soo on. I understand there is a like for like agreement in regards to health care between the UK and NZ but would that apply to my wife on her unlimmited leave to remain visa?

Re: Visa questions
Rich, I think your safest option is to send NZ immigration a question via the website as I'm not sure what the answer would be and we have found them helpful & quick to respond.
Good luck let us know how you get on
