No Last name - what to enter in EOI
Hello All,
My wife does not have a last name. In her passport, the last name section is blank. She has 3 given names. How do I enter this in EOI?

The ICAO passport standard is to have the given names listed in the surname field and the forename field to be replaced by 'XXX'. However if your wife's passport has the surname field blank, I would look at the MRZ (machine readable zone) at the bottom and copy that. I suspect it would show her surname as 'XXX' followed by her forenames i.e.
P<GBRXXX<<JANE<ANNE<DOE<<<<<<<<<
(where GBR is the three letter country code and XXX is the surname field).
