Can we submit EOI with a baby on the way?!
Hi all,
Hubby is coming out next month to meet some prospective employers and is hoping to secure a job offer.
We are due to have baby no2 end April and as things have moved faster than we planned, I'm wondering what to do about visa/EOI applications if he comes back in March with a job offer?
Are we better to wait until the baby is born to begin the EOI process or can we do it based on just hubby me and our 2year old - and advise that I am pregnant.
We wont move out until after the baby is born, although we are prepared for him to go without us initially if needed and we follow.
Don't want to fall at the first hurdle!!

I would say don't worry about it at the moment see what happens when OH comes over and make sure that you have an secure offer of employment that will actually afford you to move and afford to make a life here

OK thanks - yes I'm probably getting ahead of myself!
I've found out that I can just submit EOI with existing details and then update it if we get a ITA.
Fingers crossed!
