Does any one have experience transporting gold fish to NZ, its a long story but having started with two males, well thats what we were told, we now have 32.
I have been told by the wife, she´d never move without her fish, and our 17 year old cat.

Ahh but these are family members and you don´t leave family behind do you, or do you?
Incidently is cloning possible with goldfish? I am sure it is, this could be the solution, perhaps in the future we´ll have clones travelling for us to test whether we´d like a place or not.

We have a dog, a cat and two fish. I hadn't even considered bringing the fish - don't mean to be rude but you don't really bond with them and build up a friendship do you? And the more I read about it the more I am heading towards not bringing any pets, its only the thought of telling the children that means they would come!

Yes it has crossed my mind, but you never know what is around the corner.
Our fish have names by the way, but they do all look similar, at least the small ones do.
I do have a few ideas which would work if the push comes to the shove.
