Police Checks for visa's

Do I have to get a police check done for my 13 year old duaghter for a visa application, can anybody help me?

Not sure but I think those over 17 years old are required to have a police check?

You need to read the questions VERY carefully, all the visa forms spell out the under-17 exemption. If you don't read the questions carefully you are likely to make errors elsewhere that will cause it to be rejected.
Have someone else read the questions, then yourself again. we still picked up things on the 3rd or 4th reading.
