He may not be aware of it, but anyone born in Jamaica (except, possibly, children of diplomats) is automatically a Jamaican citizen:

there is something about you cannot have more than dual citizenship already if you want PR in NZ but not to sure on that bit so best to call NZ house and ask
This is absolutely wrong. NZ does not care how many citizenships you have. No need to call NZ House ....
