How long does it take for stamping visa (Auckland) ? I got Approved In Principal letter on 18 April 2011 and dropped my passport and paid fees at Henderson Branch on 26 April 2011. It' has been around 2 weeks now. I just wondering that when we will get our passports back ? From your guys experiences, how long does it take for Henderson Branch ?

Hello

We were accepted exactly same date, i asked case officer and due to staff shortages and the extra long bank holidays the stamping was delayed. i emailed him last week and his response was:

We have been suffering from a staff shortage in the relevant team recently. We've also been closed on all the recent Bank holidays.

I have just checked the queue of files awaiting visa issuing and you are now just a couple away from the front.

I would expect the payment to be taken, and the visas issued, by Monday

Congrats on the approval. Can you please tell me how long it took to get your approval letter, how long you had applied and from which country.

I reckon it should not be any more than 2-4 weeks away at WORST.
