After thinking our passports were missing , both they and our COPRs have just turned up almost 8 weeks after sending them. It has been a catalogue of errors from the start, insisting on original passports rather than copies, losing our cheque, refusing to send back by traceable mail and finally that have attached our sons' photos to each others COPRs!!!!
We have to land later this week as our TWPs run out on Friday.
Will the immigration officers at the border be able to to sort this for us?
I'm not trying to phone as I phoned 20+ times last week and was cut off each time as they were " too busy" and they still haven't replied to my case specific email from two weeks ago.
I've already had to involve our MP, maybe another one for him??!!

If it is just an error ie wrong photo on COPR and the BSO can identify that visually then they will be able to rectify the error.
Im assuming the family will all be flagpoling together?

Yes, we will flagpole down at Oroville, all together. Is this something fairly simple for them, or do I need to worry until I see what kind of mood they are in!!!

They will retake the photos and fill out another form then send it off to CPC Sydney.
