Is it worth applying for PNP
I've seen just now that Ontario is looking for people with NOC 2147, such as myself, for their PNP program.
Thing is - I have to make an EE profile, which I am holding off doing until I finish my degree (wont have an ECA til next Feb at the earliest).
Should I make an EE now, with the limited information that I have (haven't done IELTS, haven't done ECA or gotten my degree yet for that matter). Or should I just hold off? It keeps me up at night thinking Canada will do a 180 on their immigration policy, and by the time I am in a good shape to apply, I won't be eligible.
Feedback appreciated!

I also don't have the funds yet, am saving up to have £9k in my account by the time I create the profile.
