Working in the US whilst on a SOWP?
Hi
Can anyone tell me whether my OH would be allowed to work occasionally in the US whilst on a TWP? He would be required to attend exhibitions and to go across for sales meetings and so on? Could amount to a couple of days a month. He would be on a SOWP.
Is this going to cause a problem does anyone know?

His Canadian immigration status doesn't give him any special rights in the U.S. so may ask on one of the American sections of the forum.
