My niece has a degree in Electronic Engineering, 7 years experience and in the IT
business (Oracle development etc.). She is in the fortunate position of being able to
attract multiple job offers in Canada. She ultimately wants to immigrate here
(Canada). What is her best route to follow at this time should she accept a job?
Would it be to go the conventional route of independant immigration which seems to
take for ever or is there a way she could expedite the process?

Advice would be appreciated.
