I am going through the process of collecting the documents to sponsor my wife to come to Canada with me (outside application). However she was just informed that her company will relocate her to their Canadian office, pending any unforseen circumstances (HRDC approval etc...)

If we go this route instead the Spousal App, once in Canada say 1 year before her work permit expires, can i then sponsor her inland. Question being, can she change her status from Work Permit to PR through spousal application?

I know i should probably just stick with the Spousal App now, but we want to get there sooner than later.Just investigating all possible avenues.

Which office would you apply to?
