I am just getting all my documents together for my work permit application, I wanted to know if the copies had to be certified.

Does anyone know if you can submit an application without a police check initially, then forward it when we receive it, as we are still waiting for ours to arrive.

We had to get a police check for my OH for a temporary work permit, don't know if its the same. My OH is doing the truck driver programme in Saskachtewan and then on to the SINP.

I got all my copies certified.

went to embassy yesterday for a work permit. They were brill, we needed, our job offer, PNP approval, photos, resumes prove of qualifications, photo copies of passport. Copy of marriage certificate. I must say they could not have been more helpful she was actually helping to fill out the forms for the lady in front of us. If you want to que I would say its well worth it they check everything there and then for you. Certainly put my mind at rest.
We did not need police checks and only photo copies of everything.
