Hi all

I have looked and found on the website that there is no discretion for a
person to be granted an extension in the working holiday program.

I would greatly appreciate any reference to the legal basis for this. Is it
a legal decision or is it a procedural/regulation decision? It is for no
other reason than I am interested.
