where to apply for quickest processing

where to apply for quickest processing
Having read these posts for a few weeks i am feeling that the processing in Buffalo is not taking the 6-12 months advised by cis. I am preparing my FSW application to send to Sydney and am worrying about where to specify as the visa office for processing. I am a UK citizen living in USA. Are Buffalo and London the only options? can i ask to be processed at one of the other US visa offices?
I cannot go to London for processing due to be landlocked in USA with my current visa status. Any advise would be much appreciated.

Buffalo or London, so if you can't go to London is an interview is required, then Buffalo it is. Note on the complete application to Buffalo you can request which office you prefer for an interview.
