I'll complete one year in my intended application in september next. I don't wanna
waste any time so I was thinking in sending my application for PR (independent) by
the end of july or august. That will give me time for the AOR and the assessment.

Is it posible or should I wait?

If you don't have at least one year of work experience in your intended occupation
then your application will be rejected at the paper screening stage, so don't waste
time by trying to save time - wait until you have required work experience.
