When is it required to pay the Landing Fee? Can it be paid at the time of landing?. I
have done my medicals and it should reach Canada within the next week. How long will
it take to receive the Landing Papers?

I am in USA and applied with Buffalo RPC.

ROLF can be paid at any time prior to issuance of visa, so you can't pay it at the
time of landing as you will not get visa if ROLF is not paid in the first place. You
may save yourself few weeks of processing time by paying it now instead of waiting
for request from Buffalo.

I applied at Buffalo RPC. I paid ROLF once the medicals are done and with the last
stage of documentation (I don't remember what form it
is). Then, it took 40-45 days to receive the brown envelope (Landing Papers)
