I have done my master's in biochemistry and I was running a clinical
biochemistry laboratory in India. Now that I have got my PR I would
like to know what should I do to get a job in my field?I mean will I
require any kind of trade licence to get a job in my field.I will
appreciate if anyone can help me in this regard.

1) On the long run if you really planning to be successful, i would
suggest
you need to do a degree in canada some time in future.
Even in US where foreign recognition of credentials is far more, it is
generally better to have a US or Canadian degree.
A simple masters will do if you lack the stamina for Phd.

2) When you go there i would suggest go to a place like toronto,
vancouver
or montreal (its in quebec though)
Go and meet professors in university of toronto/elsewhere, ask for
research postion (even unpaid). side by side take up a simple job
to support yourself.
Its hard work but thats the way it is.
Your professors might be able to lead you to better career
opportunities. If you enjoy the work might as well go for Phd.
They have good financial aid for phd in north america. enough to
support
you and family.
Otherwise you can enroll in masters (some time later)
