What the hell is going on at CIC
Hi guys
Looking at Trackit and 2 people who sent in applications in 08 are now getting 120 day letters if they are on the kist of 38. No one under the old scheme who has an application after Nov 06 seems to have anything. Looking at the dates it looks like CIC are now totally ignoring the old list and are all processing the new list.
I thought they were going to complete the old applications before starting the new ones. When Aug 08 applicants start getting processed in Dec 08 i panic.
Does anyone know what is really going on?

From what I've read so far (I've read a lot); I understand CIC are processing the old and new applications at the same time. Honestly, I wouldn't worry too much; I'm sure that you'll get your 90 day letter soon
I applied in Sept '06 and got my 90 day letter in Nov '08. I'm guessing that they're doing them in batches....
I know it's really annoying but seriously, I reckon that you're going to get yours soon... be prepared

There are still update letters coming out, into beg of 07 now,
20 more people have been emplyed according to another thread so don't worry too much, Did you get a " do you wish to proceed letter " ?
