I'm currently applying for TWP extension online, my bunac visa runs out on 24th feb 2010, my employer is currently applying for an LMO. I will be applying for PR very shortly too. I'm extending my TWP so i can work while this is processed. What do i write in the section..

What are the reasons for your request?

Do i tell them its so i can work while applying for PR or are there any other ideas??

Oh and how long should i say i want to extend my visa until?
How long would the PR take to come through on common law?
Does my LMO and extension of work permit have to go 30 days before my current one runs out?

Will i be able to work if my LMO isn't through before my visa runs out? Any ideas of processing times?

I'm not sure if this would help or not, but I applied for an extension of my TWP while my PR was in process. I answered this question as:
1. I'm still employed.
2. I'm nominated for immigration by BC and my PR application was sent in XX to YY.

I asked for 2 years extension as the PNP usually take 1 year only, but u know to be on the safe side. I have no idea about the LMO as my job is exempted from that.
