What is CAIPS file -- Does it tell any directions

What is CAIPS file -- Does it tell any directions
Hi Friends,
Thank you very much for your responses,, well as per some responses i have to check the CAIPS file to know my actual status other than e-client status.
Q) what exactly is that file,
Q) when will it be created?
Q) Does this file also tells what to do next if the status is approved or not?
These questions are related to my previous posting that is no communication with CIC to find out the status of my case.
Please help me anything else, can be done inorder to proceede with my case

It is the computerized overseas processing system. CIC overseas includes
all the steps, dates of the requirements and when they are completed. It
includes notes to file as well.
