Default Waiting for Interview, but do it all over again, Need Help !!!!

Skilled Labor (Aircraft maintenance Engineer Diploma)
applied June 2001
assessment June 2002 For a Interview in NY
Package arrived June 2003 To submit
EILTS
IMM8 Form
And pretty much everything.

I am getting 69 points with out arranged employment and Adaptability

My question is

1. I have a Aircraft maintenance company who is ready to give me a job offer letter only will that help?

2. I have my First Cousin Sister-in-law who is a resident anything there can I take her has my relative and get some points?

3. I am thinking of getting married at this time can I add her as my spouse now when resending my application? she has masters

I hope I will get some answers I just saw some one get rejected on this form even after getting 74 points (Cruel) anyway I really thank all the People here for providing such good information in advance.

1. Only after such job offer gets positive opinion from HRDC - employer must
apply for arranged employment opinion

2. No

3. Yes - send your updated forms, Schedule 1 and IMM 5406 for your wife,
marriage certificate, all supporting documents for your wife (including her
diploma and sealed transcripts) and application fee.

Default Mr Miller Verification

As per the CIC we should have a approved HRDC for arranged employment.

But in the letter CIC has sent me it says that i can earn points under the adaptability factor if I can provide evidence "an offer of employment in Canada (HRDC validation not Required)"

Pl. clarify this as i have been trying to look for this clarification under adaptabiltiy factor on there web site.

Thanks once again for your earlier posting.

My file was transfered to NY on November 20th, 2002. I am waiting for
the re-evaluation of my file, too.
Can you give me, please, the list of documents they asked you to
provide?
I'd be very grateful to you.

I am planning to prepare all these documents and send them to NY.
Thanks in advance.

You are confused by two different HRDC approvals.

One, called job offer validation needed for work permit requires employer to
document that regardless extensive effort (few months of national
advertising) no Canadian candidate was found in addition to documenting
employer's ability to hire you and attractive job offer.

The second one, called arranged employment opinion no proof of unsuccessful
search is required - only job letter offering to hire you on permanent, full
time position after you become a PR and with wages/conditions sufficient
enough to attract and retain Canadians, proof of employer being in operation
for at least 12 months, 12 months employment/payroll record and ability to
hire you. And this HRDC approval (Arranged Employment Opinion) will give you
points for arranged employment if you don't want to work in Canada before
becoming a PR. You won't get points without positive opinion from HRDC in
this option.

Default Thanks a Bunch The second Option looks Good

Thanks a lot Mr. Miller your suggestion on arranged employment opinion was pretty good, Has i said earlier I do Know a aviation Company In canada pretty good size had given me a offer letter, Now only thing I got to make sure is get a HRDC approval and the record of that Companys information.

Mr Miller with this kind of arranged employment how many points do you think i can get

And how easy is it to get a letter of HRDC approval for this particular Postion, any web site you can suggest.

This information you are providing is very valuable for a person like me who really can't afford all those expensive fees charged by attorney, even though I have seen you on this board every minute & every day, I was just wondering what you do?. Thanks Once again.

Default Information requested by CIC

muhadjir2002

First and Important thing i will be evaluated under 70 points
Documents to be sent

* Updated Application Form (IMM8)
* Updated Certified True Copies
* Documentary Proof of Funds
* Language Proficiency (IELTS Results)
* Any Adaptability Factors

Thats about it, but looks like all this items i sent when i filled for the application, And they have written that i may not need a interview if i send all the documents Certified and if score 70 points, and they do say that my case dission will be made in three months from the time i send all the documents. (Knowing they are under lot of pressure i would consider a long time).
I am taking my IELTS exam this weekend.

Good Luck.

If your employer obtains a positive arranged employment opinion from HRDC
then you may get for it 10 points in the Arranged Employment factor and
possibly 5 points in the Adaptability factor (only if you have so far 0 to 5
points in that factor for other sub-factors).

It is employer (or a representative) who must apply for opinion to HRDC and
all relevant documents must be submitted there with the application. Then
employer will receive copy of opinion and such will also be electronically
forwarded to visa post.

Your last question indicates that you don't pay much attention to entire
posts and read only some parts - my signature in all my posts clearly says
what I do for living.

Thank you so much for the information. I appreciate it.

I have only one question to you if you don't mind.
You said that they asked you to provide "Updated Certified True
Copies" of what? (transcript grades and diploma(s) or reference
letter(s) and employment contract(s) or both). Please, specify.

I wish you good luck in your IELTS exam.

Thank you.
