Visitors' Visa
Greetings
I've recently just married a Lebanese citizen, although we haven't put in the overseas application for permanent residence in yet, as we are waiting on Lebanese officials to process and provide us with our marriage certificate.
I've since returned to Canada, to find out that I'm now four weeks pregnant with his child.
What I need to know is that if the application isn't approved by the time I'm
due to have the baby, would my husband be able to get a Visitors' Visa to come and see the birth of his child or could it hinder any efforts for the application to process once we hand it in to immigration office?
If he is eligible, how would I go about applying for said Visa?
Your sincerely
Louisa marie

Get on with your sponsorship stat! The unfortunate answer to your question is maybe yes, maybe no.
