Hi
I am a UK citizen travelling to canada in may to visit friends for the summer. If i
get a six month visa at entry and then leave after three months (i have a family
member who is unwell in the uk so i may need to come back for a week) can i then
return to canada and get the other three months or will they issue me with another
six months? will there be any problems as far as letting me back in ?
thanks c

After departing, you would be required to seek a new visitor visa upon your
re-appearance at a Canadian port of entry. In each such case, the length of the stay
will be determined by an immigration official.
