Visitor (girl) from India ,Marrying Immigrant., also from India.
Question 1:-Can an unmarried girl of around 22 years from India,
visiting Canada on 6 month's Temperory Visitor's Visa issued from
Canadian Consulate at New Delhi, "on her Aunt's invitation letter and
personal guarantee", continue staying in Canada, if she marries
another Immigrant in Canada, also from India and working over here in
Toronto?
Question 2:-Can her Temperory Visitor's Visa be converted to Immigrant
Visa(P.R. status)after marriage? Who will be responsible for her
continuation of stay in Canada after her marriage to this guy?
Question 3:-After 6 months, does the Aunt, who brought her here on her
personal guarantee frees herself from her bindings over the girl, so
far looking after the girl is concerned, which the Aunt had agreed to
in her invitation letter at the time of the girl applying for
Temperory Visitor's Visa from New Delhi?

IF an application is made for inbound sponsorship, she MAY be able to
stay. However, getting married in 6 months when there was no mention of
this on the application would look HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS, and therefore she may
be required to leave and be sponsored externally.

No. A Sponsorship application would be required.

Until her sponsorship application was processed and approved, her aunt.
